To handle both fresh and frozen products, our facility is equipped with various quality control systems. We hold EEC health registration number 12.00214/V. This allows us to offer the best possible conditions for our products and comply with all health and safety regulations.

SELF-MONITORING SYSTEM

We also have a self-monitoring system that is audited by the Spanish Health Authority. We conduct various tests to guarantee water quality, the cleanliness and disinfection of our facilities, as well as the proper training and supervision of our staff.

 

We monitor for various pests and have surveillance systems in our production area and warehouses to prevent infestations. Furthermore, we monitor the traceability of our products and those of our suppliers. To supplement these reports, we maintain a monthly record of water usage and conduct quarterly analyses of products, work surfaces, and equipment.

We have extensive facilities that allow us to supply seafood to wholesalers and large retailers. Depending on the quantity of product, we can deliver it in packaging of different sizes, such as boxes, containers, or pallets.

ACCIDENT PREVENTION PLAN

To ensure the safety of workers at our facilities, we have the collaboration of two external companies, IPS (Innovation in Prevention and Health), and Prevengar sl, which are responsible for reviewing and supervising our accident prevention plan and medical examinations.
